Access from PSTN telephone numbers through the BNT Communications network was interrupted between approx. 16:25 and 17:22 on March 12th, 2010. Outgoing calls and calls between extensions in the network were not affected by this interruption.

Technicians monitoring the network discovered and corrected the problem. A list was made of customers who were affected by the interruption. Each customer was called, informed of the situation, provided with a list of missed calls and given an apology for the incident.
