Access to BNT servers in the California, U.S.A data center was interrupted on March 9th, 2010 between approx. 10:55am and 11:10am. This was due to a massive Denial of Service (DOS) attack that was conducted against other servers in the data center. BNT servers were not affected by the attack but the routers in the data center were overloaded for a few minutes. Customers were not able to access the servers during this period.
Technicians in the data center became aware of the attack and worked to block it.
