Service Interruption 2009.12.24
Access to BNT servers in the California, U.S.A data center was interrupted on December 24th, 2009 between approx. 8:30am and 1pm. This was due to an unknown routing problem. The servers themselves were not affected by the problem but customers were not able to access the servers. Technicians in the data center became aware of a network problem and worked to restore service. We apologize for the inconveniences caused by this outage.
