In recent years the welcome email that we send out for new E-Mail accounts has been getting rather large. This document contains a streamlined version - much shorter - containing links to all the information you might need.

Thank you for choosing BNT Solutions, Inc. for your internet services and Welcome to BNT Solutions E-Mail service. Your email account(s) have been created.
Your email accounts provide you with complete Road Warrior access. You can:
- Access your email from your home or office,
- Access your email from almost any hotel around the world,
- Use software such as Microsoft Outlook,
- or Use any browser to access our Web Mail service.
For your security, all incoming and outgoing mail that passes through the BNT Solutions servers is scanned for viruses and scored for spam:
- If the virus scanner detects a known threat, it will delete the email and send instead a note indicating where the item came from and what threat was found in it.
- If the server has reason to believe that an email is likely to be spam, it will tag the subject with the [spam] prefix. An additional Spam Header is added so that you can use your filter rules to automatically move the item to your spam folder.

Your User ID and Password

At the time of this writing the Free Google Mail service offers almost 7GB of free storage. If you need to keep large amounts of information in your mail account, we recommend you use Google Mail for this purpose.
Although there are no limits imposed on the volume of email you can store on BNT Solutions mail servers, it is important to note that they are not configured for this type of activity. We ask that you do not keep large amounts of mail on the BNT Solutions mail servers.
