Automated Mailing List Service

The robot automatically handles all the time-consuming aspects of managing the mailing list:

• Provides a web-based form that new subscribers can use to opt-in to your list
• Provides a web-based form allowing subscribers to choose from a number of available options (including email address changes, digest format selection and unsubscribe requests.)
• Provides a web-based administration tool that you can use to manage the many list features and settings
• You prepare your email and send it to the robot - the robot automatically broadcasts the email to your subscribers
• Handles bounced emails automatically
• Tries to intelligently respond to emails from subscribers containing common requests (like help! or Unsubscribe!)
• Automatically un-subscribes invalid email addresses or addresses that bounce more than a specified number of times
• Maintains an archive of previously-sent emails.

Standard features include anti-spam and anti-virus filtering. Many options are available, including the ability to integrate some features into your web site (the subscription form is popular,) and the ability to password protect the archive.

Includes 25gb of bandwidth per month. Each additional 25gb (or portion thereof) that you use in a given month is charged an additional $10. The total bandwidth that you use can be estimated using the formula:

(number of emails) x (number of subscribers) x (size of each email)

Note: When ordering this service, please indicate the List ID that you would like us to use when we create the account for you. For example: If your association is called MyGroup you might want your List ID to be mygroup-list.
